Issha Marie

Issha Marie is a conceptual artist and photographer with an Honours BA in Visual Studies from the University of Toronto. Drawing on her personal experiences, Woody Allen's films, and artists like Louise Bourgeois and Francesca Woodman as sources of inspiration, her works' major themes center on the power of narrative and the follies of the human condition. She currently operates as a freelance photographer, focusing mainly on special events, music, lifestyle and fashion, while she continues to work on her conceptual portfolio. She is currently residing and working in Vancouver, British Columbia.
